The project aims to create a garden-style working and living style through the protection and renovation of the old factory buildings on the site, and establish an innovative and sustainable innovative employment base for the region. The design adopts the planning idea of replacement and filling, which moderately opens the current huge closed factory building, and adds several new buildings to accommodate public art space in the old building, adding and transforming step by step from inside to outside. The design is not intended to define clear boundaries, but to create a dynamic, interactive and flexible framework that ADAPTS itself to the new conditions that the city creates.
